USEMCO PumpMate with Sulzer-ABS Piranha pumps, Berks County, PA
New logistics center required a duplex pump station solution for a high-head application. Integration with the plant SCADA system was also required.
USEMCO PumpMate paired with Sulzer-ABS Piranha pumps. The station was designed by Reiner Pump Systems, in coordination with the Owners Consulting Engineer, to satisfy the challenging requirements of this project.
“This package was the perfect solution for our application. The pre-fab station was easy to install, and provided us with above-grade valving and a control panel in a single enclosure. MODBUS communication from the panel to our SCADA system allows us to capture all the station data in real time. The Sulzer-ABS pumps have performed flawlessly. Despite ongoing construction and permitting delays on the job site, Reiner Pump has been on site and available constantly throughout the project, helping us to meet our tight deadlines.”
