Skagit County WA, upgrade LS to a PumpMate
The customer’s on site wastewater treatment plant was to be upgraded, requiring pumps in their main lift station to be upgraded with higher total performance. The customer’s original wet well was built with internal check valves, no guide rails and single-phase power. Customer desired to refurbish the existing wet well to accommodate a new duty point and improve their overall experience.
Using the USEMCO Pump Mate, Reiner Pump Systems was able to coordinate refurbishment of the existing wet well without excavation of a new wet well or added space required of a BG valve vault. The new system provided the customer with non-proprietary guide rail system, above ground check/isolation valves, emergency bypass port and three phase power. New system upgrades capability of the pumps and eliminates the need for confined space entry to service.
