Ponderay ID’s New Standard in Lift Stations – Usemco Top-Vault

Reiner Pump Systems recommended Usemco’s Top Vault pre-packaged/engineered LS system using heavy duty Sulzer-ABS pumps. We met with the owners Consulting Engineer and came up with a plan to help the owner. About half the real-estate was required.

“We built ‘X’ and unfortunately it was too far from the main sewer line for a gravity feed. As you can imagine, water and sewer are the lifeblood for a ‘X’ and the Reiner Pump team was brought in during the design phase with our Consulting Engineer for this critical component to our business. The lift stations we purchased were very competitively priced, saving us thousands of dollars over alternate systems and they have worked flawlessly. The company’s passion for quality pump design is quite apparent!
My favorite part about our decision to use Reiner (besides the robust and economically efficient designs) is the obvious interest that the company took in our project beyond just selling us a piece of equipment. Chris visited the site multiple times for extended periods to assist us in installation, starting and testing the lift stations (there were two) – on very short notice and with very tight time frames Reiner Pump delivered over and over again. Without this personal investment of time and energy our project would not have started on time or in such a smooth and successful fashion.
If I ever have another project in need of pump system, there is no other company I would consider and I look forward to seeing their sales and install/maintenance teams grow in my area.”
