Large Split Case Project

This was a project we did back in 2008 for Trenton Water Works main influent pump station. We supplied (3) 36×30 400HP and (4) 26×16 700HP Patterson split-case pumps with efficiencies in the upper 80’s. What was  unique about the pumps was that they were all bottom suction designs which saves a lot of floor space, with suction piping below the main pump floor. This project was no small effort between all parties: MWH (now Stantec), PKF-Mark III, Patterson Pump, and Reiner Pump Systems. – Trenton, NJ
