Bergen County, NJ Service Water System

When a new plant service water system was needed, a variable frequency drive (VFD) system was specified.  Before releasing the unit to production, the Consulting Engineer reviewed the pluses and minuses of VFD vs pressure regulating valve (PRV) constant pressure booster systems with Reiner Pump Systems.

After debating the pluses and minuses of VFD vs PRV constant pressure booster systems, a PRV system was chosen.  The customer/operator is very pleased with the system and how it operates.
