Main Effluent Pumps at WWTP

During construction of a large upgrade the existing main effluent pumps, which were not part of the contract, were found to not be performing adequately.  This was determined to affect the entire upgrade project.  However, they needed these existing pumps fixed or replaced fast.

Reiner Pump was tasked with getting new pumps fast.  We selected National Pump Company’s 24 inch vertical turbine pumps for 5200gpm.  Delivery was on-time and commissioning was quick and successful.  Vibration was measured at less than 1mm/s (which means you can barely tell that they are on). – Caldwell, NJ
